There are many dishes that we make but without a doubt one for which we are well known is the honeyed lobster rice. Our restaurant is one of the largest consumers of this crustacean in the world of Valencian hospitality.
Throughout the year almost a ton of lobster passes through our kitchens as a basic ingredient of this rice and stews. Our tasty honeyed lobster rice is made with an unbeatable fish broth and, in addition to lobster, it has monkfish, squid, and shrimp as ingredients.
